Is this song appropriate?

“Almost Dead”, a song from Shadow the Hedgehog, seems kinda good for a dark but action-packed and energetic project but it contains lyrics which may be offensive to religion such as “No more g*ds, no more graves” and “H*ll is a joke”. You can search up the song on the Internet. I want to ask a question:

Is the song appropriate?

And don't worry, I won't be offending anyone and will censor the iffy words.

And I know Shadow the Hedgehog is the most mature Sonic game ever sold.

Nope as per ChocolatePi. That can get pretty offensive to some religious.

the song seems like it could be about genocide, but it's still super vague from what you and cPi quoted so I can't be sure.
When in doubt, leave it out.

It could be offensive, especially for religious people, yeah. Since it goes a bit against Community Guidelines (“Be respectful: When sharing projects or posting comments, remember that people of many different ages and backgrounds will see what you’ve shared”), I think it would be best if you left it out. At best, I think it'd become NFE.

It sounds like it would be offensive to religious people, particularly for the lines that ChololatePi pointed out. I'd have to say that you should use the instrumental.

I say it's appropriate. As long as it's not directly insulting a religion, it should be fine.

I think it's edgy enough that it would earn an NFE for the project, which would keep it off the front page and away from the search index. In my opinion, it probably wouldn't be censored - but I could be wrong
