I'm not mrsrec, but I think what's he coming from here is that there are all these topics in the Suggestions forum, and a lot get buried very easily. Plus, looking through every topic can be hard, so putting suggestions in one place would make things easier to search, and not get buried.

Although those are nice motives, I don't feel this topic is needed due to my “survival of the fittest topic” idea. Topics should be allowed to be easily buried because if it's not quality (causing a lack of comments), and if the person behind it is unmotivated, it should be buried. Also, it'd be harder to carry a conversation on the quality suggestions, so again, I don't think it's a good idea.

That only somewhat answers my question. My general understanding is that this is a topic to which users are to submit their suggestions. Then, they can be added to a “main list” in the OP. Is that correct?
