As far as I know, you can't. You'll have to import the font you want to use costume by costume into Scratch, then stamp/clone the letters. How do you use a different font that You have on your computer, other than the standard ones that Scratch offers?
This seems to fit better in "Question about Scratch", by the way.
hOI! If you enjoy endless dodging games, you might like “MEGALOVANIA” or “Dodge This”! :3

One way to do it is to use an external art program like GIMP or Krita (or Inkscape for Vector) to type your text in as the font you want and upload the file (.png for GIMP, Krita and .svg for Inkscape) as a costume to Scratch.

Or you could download the 1.4 editor and do it there, (only will do bitmap tho.)
