Can one user have two projects top remixed, top loved, featured, etc?

Not at the same time. No user can have two projects on the front page at the same time. And they won't get featured if they have been front paged (other than SDS and recently shared projects) in the past two months.

But, as long as it isn't at the same time, then yes, a Scratcher can have multiple front-paged projects. But they won't get featured if they have been front paged in the past two months (although, they can still be top remixed, top loved, and/or curated).
