To help with your problem, try closing out of the browser you're using. (ANd I don't mean close the window, close the browser. Or, in better words, ‘quit.’ If you have a mac, there will be a circle under the browser. Right click the browser icon and quit, so the circle disappears, then open up again and try to record again. I think that will ask for your permission again. If not, try clearing cache or cookies on the computer so it forgets it asked your permission to record.
Oh wait, it looks like I misread the OP. I thought the OP was having trouble accepting it because of once having denied it, but it must be what T_S_S said about not having a microphone.
(However, in the future PrincessPanda, if you ever see this again, it is really annoying when people do quotes without adding anything. It's like a broken record!)

Please talk in correct spelling, as it can be confusing…

Also, do you have a mic? A microphone port? if both or one of those are none, then sadly, you cant record.

As for the OP-

Excuse me… I misread.

When prompted… you have to press accept. Scratch is safe so you dont have to worry too much. Except the fact you are saying something to strangers, so just be careful what you say.

AGGGH! I MISREAD AGAIN.

Ok.
1. reload the page.
2. Prepare the recording (Click sounds, then the mic, then click the circle).
3. When prompted, click accept. Otherwise, your computer will block you using the microphone.

Or, if you reload the page and it still happens,
1. When pressed accept, check if it says recording.
If it is,
1. Is your microphone plugged in correctly?
2. Does the microphone require a software installation that came with it? (very few are required to have this, so you may not have to do this…) If not, install it.
3. Is the microphone turned on?
4. Check the settings to see if there is a microphone plugged in. Adjust recording volume there if neccicary.

If not, it may be just scratch lagging or refusing to work…
