Can i make apps? [Please Help]

Hello guys,
I have been thinking lately about scratch, it is all of making games, i didn`t see yet any type of apps or some other things like Android or IOS apps.
the question goes here, can i make any type of apps that can be used on Android or IOS?
if not, is there any drag-n-drop programming language that is used to make those apps?

you cannot make scratch games into apps sadly
you can get puffin browser to use flash
i think gamesalad lets you make games, there are a few more, look them up!

i didn`t get those LEGO extensions, but maybe you mean it is drag and drop language?
