OK, I have some awesome ideas for projects. Unfortunately, I don't think I got as many likes as I wanted. My main problem is my sprites.
No offense to scratch, but I don't think it has the best sprite drawer. Scratch's main use is for programming, not for sprites.
Also, I don't want to just copy pictures from Google Images, especially if I want to make an original project.

Is there a program JUST for sprites. I want to make it actually look like a video game. Then afterwards I can import them into scratch easily.
Also, I don't want it to be too expensive. I will pay up to ten dollars for it.

You could try Inkscape, a free Vector Editor.

Are you looking to make vector sprites or bitmap sprites?

Try Paint.NET. Good beginner interface and lots of features.
