Project screen like in Scratch 1.4 (no full screen)

Maybe there could be another project screen size (like in scratch 1.4) besides the full screen.

There is. It's in the Edit menu, I think. Another way to get it is to click the small tab with a triangle on it between the viewer and script palette.
