what do you mean?It's in the app store for ME It might take a while to come out on your device,I think it's only out on iPad.

It's not that rare. You can even breed it with thrumble and tweedle so you can breed it in the first like, 30 minutes of being on level 9.

You know there is chances,you don't get it every time.Even Thrumble is rare
