Why does the Scratch team choose these particular projects to be featured rather than others?

College student studying Communication and Fire Technology, communication lab tutor, guitar and piano player, perfectionist, and just some guy who regularly eats and trains physically to stay healthy.

Actually, those are requirements to request a project to be featured. The ST has no rules when it comes to featuring.
