Yes, it could. Scratch is aimed at kids 8 - 16, so all content must be appropriate or all ages. Swearing is a definite no-no.

Scratch is for all ages, so swearing is definitely not allowed. Everything post on this website must follow the Community Guidelines.

Thanks, I wish there could be a mature games section so you could have gta etc inspired stuff.

Sorry, the Scratch Team does not plan on creating a mature section of Scratch because they believe that it would divide the community. You can use phosphorus.github.io to embed your unshared projects on your own website.

You could instead:

  1. Make the project with the Scratch offline editor.
  2. Find somebody 16+ who wants to see the project.
  3. Send the SB2 file created by the offline editor to them via email, and make sure you tell them to get the offline editor to run your program.
  4. Profit! They should now be able to run your program privately.

The downside is that with this method, you can't use cloud variables, the username block, the backpack, and you'll also need to deal with some (mostly minor) quirks of the offline editor.

I hope this helped you.

Wow thanks!
It's not that my game is just a dumb swearing game btw, its more of a dark comedy that would be unrealistic without swearing and violence, just wanted to put that out there.

It's not okay to share those type of projects.

lol, “only swearing”

Swearing will get you immediately banned, so just don't share anything that a five year old wouldn't do.

Agreed.
@OP You violated the ToU because of that with this clause:

ToU section 3.1, point 2 wrote:

Threatens, harasses, or intimidates any other person, whether that person is a Scratch user or not;
because that might be counted as harassing somebody.

Yes, the best way is don't share them.

I'd say no, because according to the stats, there are a few children as young as 4 who've made Scratch accounts, and they could come across your project. And the majority of Scratchers are 10-15.

Guys, this problem has been resolved, he already knows that he can't share it, but instead do what @Liam48D suggested.

I think having a small amount of animated blood or like one mild swear would be okay as NFE

Some blood (depending on the situation) may be okay under the Not-For-Everyone rating (the project can't get front-paged), but swearing is definitely not okay.

Swearing is definitely not safe for Scratch, even a mild one. Curse words are also banned.
