Any simple tutorial / advance tutorial using stratch and the flow chart functions?

Hi and welcome. I am not sure what your question means. If you are just asking how you to the functions you would see on a flow chart in Scratch, there is plenty of help. You should start by clicking help on the menu at the top of the page. There is a bunch of stuff there.
