Challenge me to make things with household items!
Make an iron man suit.
I'm actually pretty confident I can do this, but the one problem is gonna be finding the equipment
I definitely will try though!
Not quite sure what to think of your stuff-making skills.Wow, sounds pretty challenging. I have a lot of Textbooks around right now especially so I should be able to make an attempt at this. Make a large parachute out of plastic bags. Then tie a textbook to the bottom and drop it from somewhere up high, and see if the parachute can slow down the cargo enough to avoid damaging it. (Obviously, don't use a textbook from one of your current classes)

Not the best. But that was kind of the reason I started this, so that I could get better at it.Make an iron man suit.

The Iron man suit is actually coming along pretty well. I've gotten a couple of plans written down and I am ready to start constructing at least part of It.

Alright, it's a good hobby. The main thing I was confused about was how you said that you could make an Iron Man suit easily but not a parachute. Is this going to be a Iron Man costume, or actually a functional suit? Not the best. But that was kind of the reason I started this, so that I could get better at it.Make an iron man suit.

But if you think about it, it would be pretty difficult. I mean, you have to tie together all of those bags, and you know how easily those things rip, plus they only have two handles so you have to figure out some other way to tie them together. It's one of those things where it sounds easy at first, but it turns out to be pretty complicated once you get to it.Alright, it's a good hobby. Oh, I didn't get that part. I'm confident I can do both but they are also challenging. The Iron Man suit is going to be somewhat in the middle where it's not a costume but can protect me, but it's not gonna be super high tech like when he steps on the suitcase and the whole suit forms around him.Alright, it's a good hobby. Tip for the plastic bag parachute:
you can sandwich two bags' edges between parchment paper (aka wax paper) and then use the tip (not more!) of a clothesiron to fuse them together.

I attempted to make the text book parachute today but I got nowhere close. I was having trouble actually tying the plastic bags to the book for two reasons. the plastic bag handles weren't long enough so i had to stretch them really far out. 2. The bags were really flimsy so they were always ripping. However, I did manage to slow down the book a little bit so that was good. While I wait for the materials for the Iron Man suit I am gonna start brainstorming the Rube Goldberg Machine.

I've been thinking and figured that I should make a weapon to go along with it. It is probably gonna shoot something easy to get and re-usable. Bottle caps (plastic) So, I will also be updating my status on that

So do I. I don't know why. It just makes everything shinier which makes it look cooler. Like I said I have no idea why it's cool though.

This is cool! Maybe you could make a trash can out of… Water bottles?
Maybe I should make something though. What could I make with loose-leaf paper, q-tips, straws, and bubble wrap?
