It keeps logging me out too 
how can i get my work done
Im sure thell fix it! For a moment i was worried it was only me! It was a HUGE FUEF moment seing this discussion thankyou for posting it!

best not to panic lol, it will subside.
It seems like the logging-off and the IP bans are related, perhaps to the announcement of down time at 9pm today. I have no clue, but it will be sorted out. It's obvious this is a glitch because there are so many of us at the same time, and we can STILL log in (however I was just logged off again and can't seem to post)
either way if we stop being able to log in, there's always the wiki.
Actually the logging-out thing was happening to me yesterday but not the IP ban.
Don't know if that means something or not

It's not happening to me, though. Let me try accessing this site with some proxies to see what happens…

this is really bizzare. I just clicked on this discussion. on page 1 i was logged out. on page 2, I was logged in. i will clear the browser cache and data and see if it helps - i suspect it.

i did and i have had no problems for about 10 different pages.

I'm using Firefox on Windows NT 6.1 (Windows 7).
Also, login-banning (instead of site-wide banning) was on Mod Share before Scratch (it was first created in May of 2011).
