Yes, this will be a beta version.

Just to set expectations – it is an Adobe AIR app, so that it is very similar to the current online editor. This mean it currently has the same recent Flash graphics effects issues (which is now the top priority of the team to work around).

It is not yet a modifiable version (though that hopefully will be coming in the future).

Still, it will be very useful to have!

since the 2.0 editor runs the player page and the project editor in the same page at the same time in online 2.0, will there be anything like this in offline 2.0?
