Graphical Glitch with Pen and Ghost

I have a graphical glitch in my Pacman game. I have the pen down and I start the game, the yellow ghost goes from the “Spawn” to the coordinates and then goes back to the spawn area and repeats this action, creating a weird white pen line on the black background. It's almost like the pen is moving, but the yellow ghost is staying at the “Spawn”. Please help!

it's “forever if touching white, go back to spawn” that's killing ya. As its pen color is white, it'll always go back to spawn.
