Cool Extension Ideas!

What if a Scratcher or someone in the Scratch team made a Chrome (or another web browser) extension that could detect notifications on the user's Scratch account and notify the user if they aren't on the Scratch site.

If that could work, then what if when the 2.0 offline editor comes out another extension (or perhaps the same one?) to upload Scratch projects via the web browser? It'd be much more convenient for Scratchers who have Chrome, Firefox, or another web browser that allows extensions.

That would be cool! I've thought of this before, I thought it might be useful if somehow you could get push-notifications on my iPod but I think that would need an app which hasn't been allowed. Perhaps there could be an app just for messages? Seems like a waste of effort to me but it could be something for the ST to consider if they run out of things to improve! (if they ever )

Yeah, but it's mostly Scratchers who make the web browser extensions and apps.
