And was it a project created in 2.0 or a previous version? And what version number of the Project Editor do you see in the top left?

I have had the same glitch. It is in the latest version , Scratch 2.0, and it is text in the Sprite editor.

Same, have it every time in the Costume/Backdrop editor, it's very annoying
