Is recoloring against the scratch guidelines?

I did some recoloring in a way myself by trolling. As long as it is respectful it is ok! But when I did it I ruined projects by trolling and making a nice background dead and black and stuff. So dont do what I did you can get reported on it.

Ok heres the thing why I DONT like them. They take a model of a character EX: tails. and they recolor it. They dont add really good details they just take the art and recolor. They dont add this: more tails spikes and more. I MEAN SRSLY LOOK AT THIS ONE:

Well, Recoloring is not against the Community Guidelines.

Please don't necropost. If people don't like recoloring, that is their own opinion.
