Add thumbnail changing to the activity dates
the problem is you wouldn't know who would change the studio thumbnail. Anyone could change the image and get away with it.
He is right, if someone just changes the thumbnail the owner can't find out who did it(this has happend to me recently), so if someone adds that to the activity logs it would be a major help for a lot of scratchers
