Making so the sound editor will be fun to play around

I was thinking that sound editor will be funnier to play with these features that have never added.
1. High pitch and Low pitch
2. Fast and Slow
3. More sounds from 1.0-1.4
Yup, I need those features. So bye and add these features scratch team!
