Fix Autoscrolling

It drives me nuts when adding lots of variables, lists, costumes, sprites, etc. into a single sprite/project. It also occurs when hiding, showing, and renaming variables. That's my main feedback.

Yes, the palette of blocks/variables/sprites, etc. scrolls back up to the top each time you do anything.

I find this very annoying and slows me way down.

I agree with this as well. It's especially cumbersome when working on a laptop with less vertical resolution.
