Option To Update A Project (15+ supporters)
Support - also, suggestion for the suggestion - there should be a 1 hour per update limit and they must change the project a bit.

Support as long as there's some method to stop spamming with it!

Support! Maybe there could be something saying what was updated, like
Random_user updated the project Random project: Just a few improvements

I have to agree! It could say A few, many, or a whole bunch of changes.

I don't support for time limit, INSTEAD, do this:
Have people ONLY when they FAVORITE the project, THEN the notification will show up!
Or have a (Update Feed) button be in place so people can click it and get notifications on updates!
The bad stuffing of a time limit:
-User updates project
-User then finds bug, and decides to completely debug project
-User takes about 20 minutes
-User tries to update project
-Says he must wait 40 more minutes
-User can only get on Scratch during the weekends
-User never gets to update until day/week after
Anyways I support!
