Please tell us more info about your problem. Btw, Scratch only supports the image files in PNG, GIF and SVG. If you tried to load something in another format, it won't technically work. Thanks for understanding.

Oh and can you please press the globe button next to the smiley and submit?

Can you show a project demonstrating this? If not, then try uploading again. Also, try uploading a different image with the same format as the one you have trouble with.

Hi there! Because this topic is kind of old, I would recommend creating a new topic if you are still experiencing this glitch.

Anyway, as for the .png error, I have had this too (across all file formats). The fix that I found was to, from the uploading window, instead of selecting the file and pressing submit, to drag the picture onto the paint editor. Anyway, a message should pop up (at least on Chrome) telling you that the page has unsaved content, and giving you the option to leave or stay on the page. Click on the option to stay on the page, and your browser won't leave the page, and the picture should appear. However, I'm not sure how this works on other browsers, and there is a chance of you losing unsaved content. Likewise, I would recommend saving the project before you do this.

And to upload a sound file that you got from another project, maybe you could try dragging it into your backpack. Then, load the project which you wish to put the sound file into. Then, drag it from your backpack onto the sprite you want the sound to be in (not in the stage, though. The one in the sprite viewer).

Don't you just hate when people advertise in their signatures (and raisin cookies that look like chocolate chip ones. That's just not okay).

I can't upload my .png images.

I tried uploading to bitmap, uploading to vector, uploading as a new sprite, uploading as a costume, and even reloading the page. Nothing seems to work.
