It wasn’t hacked.
What’s the intended function?

Just because it doesn't work doesn't mean it was hacked.

well, it looks normal but the music stops after it plays once, and you can see that the volume slider doesn't work.

I looked in the code and there’s a random Stop All block under a when green flag clicked, hidden under the code with list blocks in the Button1 sprite. It stops the forever code for the volume and playing the sounds from repeating so it only happens once at the very start.
Also, there’s extra play song forever code so that should also be removed so it doesn’t sound glitched.
No glitches or hacks, you probably just forgot to remove the stop all

CHANGE your FREDTHEFISHING PASSWORD, make it as secure as possible (no using stuff like your username, or common passwords like 1234 or letmein) and do NOT, under ANY circumstances, give it to anyone. (The real question is, who the heck is bored enough that they'd hack into someone's account just to make a single project malfunction? Usually, a hacker would try to delete your projects and account, ruin your reputation, or maybe just take over your account and use it as an alt or something.) NOW IT ALL MAKES SENSE.
