Indy being the most powerful because she's the most rotten due to her being made first, and Seedly being not infected due to being made last. Rotten ichor toons aren't the same as twisteds, rotten ichor toons will look normal but form changes when angered, when not angered, they will still be hostile and bigger than normal (especially for Indy) and Seedly (Sprouts prototype version) has to deal with all of it and stop himself from going crazy, ichor rots faster when sanity is low. Seedly is sprouts prototype versions normal name, and sprouts last name is seedly as a reference of his prototype, Sprout doesn't know this, but he still hates the name seedly :D
