Hmm… Is Bitmap okay? I could animate backgrounds and/or background characters (Background characters are characters just hanging around, they don't really do anything, just walk around, maybe be asked something by a character, don't speak or anything, they are just there to make it more realilistic.)

I know how to reduce the size of projects.
1) Use some clones
2) Use pen
3) Cut down on forever loops and when green flag clicked blocks.
4) Don't use vector bitmaps - they are 33.33% larger.
5) Make sure you use animation instead of more costumes.
6) Shorten or remove unnecessary sounds.
7) Convert all .wav sounds to .mp3 , they don't sound as good but save space.

I have removed that job, but the board does the same. They are a group of people who make sure the scenes passed on are appropriate and well designed. They are a group of ten, and they vote to see weather a scene passes or not. Would you like that instead?
