My signature is pretty much the same from the old forums - The image.
The only thing different is the “Alpha Tester” logo and the link's I've added.

I can't figure out how to create a signature. Even when I use an account that is a “Scratcher” I can't find it in the account settings or anywhere else.

Scroll down the main Forum page, and you'll find a button called “Change your signature”, at the bottom left.

Mine is the same as 2.0, except for that bit of text, and I had to upload my Internetometer picture to Tinypic, because 2.0 doesn't take the image from the website anymore.
