They go for quite the premium so it looks like I won't be getting my mitts on one any time soon.

From what I've seen they go for 18 - 19 keys. That's a little more than I'm willing to shell out for anything!

A strange weapon is one that counts the number of kills.
A key is a crate unlocker that tends to go for 5-6 refined metal.
Refined metal costs 18 weapon (scrapped)

I can't add friends if I create a new accountLooks like you need to buy or redeem a code to get a premium account. I probably have a code that you can have for a game I've got multiple copies of. That'd give you a premium account. Or you could just pay $1 or something on a Humble Bundle that gives Steam keys.
I barely use the friends list features so I'm not really sure what the issue is, lol.

Also, I got a TON of money, so when it finally is time to open the box (which should be this year, I'm waiting), I'd have enough money for TONS of games!!!
