5 Latest News Stories:
(This is where I'll be posting any interesting stories or reports I can think of involving ponies. I can't come up with news reports all on my own, so if someone contacts me on my userpage or forum (via PM) asking to join The Crew and providing an example of a decent enough news report I may hire them, and then they will be able to send me reports they wish to put up whenever they want. I'm not always online of course, so you may need to be patient. Only the newest 5 stories will be shown, but once I reach that number I'll find a place to archive older posts to keep them from being lost forever.)

Recently Featured Pony Projects:
(If I find a project I really like that involves ponies, I may feature it on the second post of the pony topic to help it get slightly increased traffic from bronies! 20 projects can be featured at a time. Older projects that have been featured will not be archived like the news stories. To make it fair I will wait at least 3 days between featuring projects so that you can be up there for a minimum of two months or more.)

(Note: The first thing I do when looking for pony projects is type ‘pony’ in the search bar, so if that word is in your project name, notes or tags you'll have a higher chance of being featured.)

Excellent pony art by one of Scratch's more well-known artists. Contains some cats too.

Fluttershy Blink by berylliumbanana (Featured 5/28/13)
Fluttershy's standing in the center, doing a cute little blink cycle. That's pretty cool, but what really impressed me is the house behind her. At first glance it looks like it was copied and pasted, but it in fact was manually drawn. This is a very impressive work of scenery; I can't stress how real it looks.

Some short animation cycles. Of ponies. The author put a lot of work into this.

This is some pretty good artwork; I honestly think it needs more views.

My Little Pony Game 2 by BrockTheBrick (Featured 5/15/13)
This unfinished pony game was made using 1.4 sometime around mid-2012. The only reason I saw it was thanks to a glitch where your own projects get reuploaded somehow if you use “See Inside” on them. It's really a great game, but sadly the creator couldn't find the spirit to complete it. In this platformer you can use your magic to affect the environment and kick stuff. It's more fun than it sounds. I highly recommend somepony try to remix this and pick up from where BrockTheBrick left off.

Babs Seed Cover 2 by PonyPokiPanikku (Featured 5/12/13)
A well-done cover of Bad Seed. Not only is the music redone, but the voices are too.

Specifically, I could use a lot of help with news stories, because I don't look around enough to find some news I can talk about. Especially news that EqD hasn't already covered first.

I think Fluttershy is a pretty cool gal. Seh afraids of everything and doesn't afraid of anything.

As we won't have new episodes ‘till winter, I’ve catching up on the comic series, looking for brony music and waiting for Equestria Girls (…yes, really). What about you guys?

Oh, I'm also recording demos to start making brony music myself - rock and metal. Got like 4 potential tracks right now - I posted a MIDI of one a while ago. Would post some of the demos if y'all don't mind the absolute lack of mixing. xP (EDIT: here; decided to show them to my local brony musician group)
