What I have to say about this topic:
I don’t really see the point in this - while there are some bad suggestions posted in this forum, there isn’t an overwhelming amount of them and there are already two guides (previously mentioned). I do think you have made this just for the purpose of getting stickied/ITopiced.
You also don’t seem to be responding to anyone’s feedback and constructive criticism.

Feedback/Constructive criticism:
The OP is formatted a bit messily, with all of the big text and underlined text everywhere. I recommend you remove that. Instead of highlighting the key words, maybe you could make a key words list at the bottom? The quoting is also slightly messy, and I don’t know why you’ve used the hardest colour to read, bright yellow. I recommend you use an online hex code picker, so you can still have yellow but a shade that is easier to read.
I have found many unintentional (I’m assuming they were unintentional) grammar and spelling errors, which is quite hypocritical and ironic, since you stated in your post that one shouldn’t make grammar and/or spelling errors in posts on the Suggestions forum.

You should probably link the sticky ‘Guide to Finding Duplicates’, where you say ‘make sure there are no duplicates’, so people actually have a way of looking for duplicates. I also don’t know why you’ve linked the Scratch homepage where you say ‘Scratch’ at the top. It’s unnecessary, since everyone on Scratch has seen the homepage.

I hope you don’t ignore this post, like you seem to have done for all of the other feedback posts, since I’m only giving my opinion on this topic and its necessity and trying to help the OP be the best it can be, even if this guide is unnecessary. It helps when creating necessary guides in the future.

I find the post very hypocritical, due to reasons in my above post, and this:

You said in this post that one should search for duplicates, but in that image, you didn’t.
