it should be fine even if you didn't. scratch doesn't hate the program itself, they just hate when people tell others to add them on it, because it can lead to bad stuff in some cases. (However, coincidence or not, the people who grew up with scratch seem to be naturally drawn towards said app by the time they are in their teens and have mostly grown out of scratch.) so posting an image with the logo in the background would probably be okay. the only uncertainty would be that it was an ad to join minehut's server on that app, so it's probably better that you deleted it, just to stay on the safe side.

yay. so, just to clarify, to join a server with the gravestones datapack, I wouldn't have to download anything on my side?

my school got ip banned again.
the school probably won't even try to appeal again and might even just block scratch.
I used my phone hotspot to log on and post this, but it uses too much data to use constantly, so I won't bother trying to do anything anymore.
