After being on the fence for a while, I have decided to close this. There aren't very many new updates to add so I don't need the ability to edit, and if there are then I can simply request a mod to temporarily re-open this so I can edit it without someone needing to post about it here. The other posts are… weird. Some are saying that I'm right, which I already knew since this got stickied without me getting corrected; and others are asking random questions that wind up left unanswered because they never check this again. Others are thanking me for making this, but there haven't been many of those in a while. All in all, I do not see a need to keep this open any longer so I will close it now.
