Even if you're not invited (or if you are), please suggest storyline ideas! Make them detailed!

If an animator has confirmed that they want to be in it, they will be promoted. Being promoted doesn't mean that you'll necessarily have a huge role (no one is confirmed to have roles yet) but you will still be in it in some way either as a medium role, extra, writer, artist, producer, etc)
