PLZ READ THANK YOU!! <3
Hey guys, I might be launching an animated series with a friend, so I won't have time to do lessons. Feel free to ask questions about writing, I'd love to help! But I just don't have time to focus on lessons right now. Thanks for understanding.
This is the studio where I keep all of the lessons for my new writing class!
Lesson One: Ideas https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/281202108/
Lesson Two: Rules of Writing
Lesson Three: Types of writing
Lesson Four: Characters
COMING SOON(ish?): Heroes and Villains
What do you guys want to have lessons on? What do you want help with? Leave a comment and explain what you'd like to see!
-How to do plot twists well
-How do have good background characters
If anyone wants me to look at their writing, I'm happy to do that!
Feel free to talk about ideas and stories! Complain about writers block, discuss writing concepts, and pitch ideas to friends. We won't judge here! You can ask for feedback on stories as well.
Please do not add any un-related projects, and be respectful! No swearing, bullying, etc. Thank you for respecting the rules!
Do not delete projects or curators with out asking.
Managers - you can ask to manage if you regularly read lessons and comment on them, and are fairly active in the studio.
(Brandon Sanderson teaches a collage course on fantasy and sci fi. The one I linked to is an overview of his class, but find the rest of them and watch ones that interest you.)
(Alexa Donne has lots of videos about writing! Be careful, I have heard some swearing in a few.)

(Writing Excuses is a free podcast done by published authors. Every episode is about 15 minutes long! You can start listening to the most recent ones, or search for topics, or start at episode 10.5 that I linked to last lesson.)
>How To Write Science Fiction and Fantasy - Orsen Scott Card<
>Writer to Writer: From Think to Ink - Gail Carson Levine<
>Spilling Ink - Anne Mazer and Ellen Potter<
>Save the Cat - Blake Snyder<
(its for screen writing, but it's so good for plots!! We'll talk about this book later cause his beat sheet IS AMAZING!!)
