The HiveWings are coming....
Blue's sister, Luna, has told Moon, who was being spied upon by Zjarr, prince of the FlameWings. He returns to the volcano with the information. What do they do? In Pyhrria, the other tribes are asking the same questions, but with a twist. The IceWing general has died and they are in an uproar. Why? They say that now they cannot battle. Can they overcome their battle fear? Where do they start? When do the HiveWings come? Join in the mystery.....
Piunn is one very large volcano poking only the top -- 30 miles wide -- out of the ocean. No other dragons visit the volcano’s crater edge.
The palace is a giant cave down in the middle of the crater, surrounded on all sides by lava. The cave looks like a cone, with the entrance under the lava. The cave is large enough to fit over five hundred dragons inside, with rooms for sleeping and eating.
FlameWings are red, orange, or pink, always with streaks of black. The scales are in the shape of a diamond. Eyes are typically reds, oranges, or greens, but can be black as well. FlameWings claws are long and slender, with poison tips. FlameWings’ spine scales are always black, with sharp, jagged edges, usually used for cutting rocks. At the end of the tail, FlameWings have a sort of mace-fireball that they can launch at enemies. Just seconds later, a new fireball will form, but only if FlameWing’s have dipped the tail in fire. Their wings are large, and when folded, can be almost ‘slid’ into small ‘scale pockets’ on the dragon’s side, in order to move more easily. The membranes liquid fire-like substance that can burn through anything they touch. FlameWings have a slender build and their tail is long and strong, but elegant. FlameWings also have six legs, and four horns on their head.
FlameWings are usually calm and reserved, but many have fiery tempers that can flare up quickly. Because they are different, FlameWings are afraid the other tribes will be frightened of them, and therefore have not made contact since before Darkstalker.
FlameWings can breathe poisonous flame, shoot fireballs from their tail (as previously mentioned), and can breathe in lava and water. The royal family can control volcanoes. FlameWings are immune to all fire and poison. They can be can killed regular ways (such as claws, teeth, and weapons), but if frozen by an IceWing they fall into permanent paralysis, unless revived by being taken to the bottom of Piunn.
Lavascales are extremely rare. They are able to morph their scales into any shape, thus removing legs, adding legs, and changing colors. Lavascales have been described to be like shapeshifters. However, Lavascales can only remain in a different form for up to three days, before having to immerse themselves in lava. After exactly three days, they will resume their original form, regardless of where they are. This is the reason most Lavascales are only sent out for a maximum of two days.

FlameWings have never created weapons, as they are usually against wars and killing other dragons. However they do have a relic used to protect the volcano from waves and storms. This relic is called the Star of Gabruum, and every night when the three moons are full the Queen and King must take the Star and place it on the top of Lava Palace for the entire night. The Queen and King then place their claws on top of the Star and stay there until the sun comes up. The Star also decides the heir. The chosen heir must place his or her claws on the Star. If the Star vibrates, the heir is confirmed. If it doesn’t, the entire tribe may try touching the Star until it vibrates, with the heir then crowned as Prince or Princess.
