Enchantia Academy is a school for people in a world with powers. People are enrolled when they are 11, and they stay there until they are 19. If they haven't mastered the Academy's teachings by then, they have to stay at school until they do.
In this school, the teachers all have equal power. The teachers manage the school. We each have a pendant with a jewel with colors that represent our class. There is no headmaster. The school is a gorgeous castle on a beautiful island in the middle of a lake. There are forests and plenty of wildlife on the island.
Enchantia Academy is not only a school to its students, it is a home. Here you will make memories, friends, and perhaps even enemies. Welcome. Your dormitory is right this way.
Info and Rules(READ IT ALL):
Each character can only have 1 power.
Each character must be sorted into one of 5 leagues. If you're confused about which league you're in, ask.
Elementia: Elemental powers
Naturia: Nature powers
Raelitia: Powers that affect space, time, or objects.
Inflictia: Powers that affect other people, or is affected by other people.
Mysticia: Powers that do not belong in the other groups.
Do not be rude to other role-players. Your character can be rude to other characters, but you cannot insult the role-player.
Do not role-play others' characters.
A character's power can change. This is called a Power Shift. If you want a power shift to happen to your character, you have to ask me.
You can role-play as a teacher, or student. If you want to join as a teacher, you must join a subject that already exists, or you can create your own subject first.
Each league has their own dormitory, and beds appear for each new student. It is against school rules to enter another league's dormitory. The punishment is detention. Teachers live in their own separate dormitory, and the punishment for entering their dormitory is detention for a week.
No OP characters.
You cannot be out of your dormitory past 10, or earlier than 5 in the morning. Punishment is detention.
Classes start at 8:00 AM. If you are late or do not attend, you better have a good excuse or it's detention for you. There's no class on weekends, and you get your weekly schedules on Sundays. Each period is 1 hour, and school ends at 4:00 PM.
Spell-casting is performed using various materials, maneuvers, and incantations. Anyone can perform a spell if they know how, no matter their power. Messing around with spells is forbidden outside of spell-casting class.
You must tell me when you want your character to get older by a year. At 15 years old, your character can get a magical Animal Companion, and you must tell me the animal's name, power and species.
Lunch is from 12:00 to 1:00. The food is produced with magic, no cooking involved. Students mostly eat in the lunch room, but they can eat in the dormitories if they want. (Don't worry, the sheets are cleaned weekly by magic) After you finish your lunch, you can play in the clearing outside the school or wander the castle and library. However, you can't stray beyond the clearing during lunch. The punishment for this is 3 detentions. After classes, you can wander anywhere.
Nobody knows how long the school's existed. The castle looks brand new because of spell-casting that prevents damage. People say Enchantia Academy's at least 3000 years old...
The library occupies an entire tower of the castle. It's filled with wisdom and knowledge. There's a student saying that if you spend a whole week in the library without sleeping or eating your grades will be perfect forever. Nobody's tried it, though. It's not true! Or is it?
Teachers can give students tests whenever they want. The grades go into a record book that seemingly never ends.
Teachers can give students detentions whenever they feel the students have done something wrong.
You can ask me to create your own subject, and I will write a description of the classroom in the classroom project (In Projects!).
