The world is young, And so are it's people. They have yet to discover a race of people native to this planet for longer then we could imagine. Galdur. These beings are powerful ones, with abilities spanning from magic transformed from mana, to talent in battle. There are different races among the Galdur, and in these races differing categories, from what I've seen in my time ruling over these beings, none of them get along all too well, but I have seen many alliances among them. Pick and choose wisely, human. You wont get many opportunities like this ever again.

Terramages: Mages that have mastered the ability to absorb mana from the earth itself, which causes their spells to be somewhat based off the area they draw mana from. (for instance, a jungle environment would result in plant-based spells.) once an area runs out of mana,(Which happens after about 4-5 spells) they begin to draw from the life force of the earth, creating dark magic, which is forbidden in all types.
Kestian: Mages that have found a way to absorb mana into crystals, they can carry these crystals with them whenever they need to cast a quick spell, but each crystal can only be used about three times based off the power of the spell.
Dark mages: The most powerful of the classes, Mages that need no mana whatsoever, they simply use curses drawn from some form of life force. These mages are outlaws to the fullest extent and shall be killed on sight. (If that's at all possible)
Hielomages: Extremely unique mages that were born in specific alignment of the stars, allowing them to have an infinite mana supply, drawn from said stars. however, each star only possess one magical ability, meaning these mages can only control one element. (Water, fire, ice, electricity etc.) unfortunately, after drawing too much mana too fast, the body cannot handle the energy and will eventually lose consciousness.
Warlords: Elite warriors trained on the art of weaponry and melee. They are strong and quick and are deadly adversaries. Although some may possess some summoning ability, most do not use any form of magic, using instead their skill in combat, strength and speed to overcome their opponents.
Antis: A small portion of the population of Thule chooses not to use any forms of magic. They usually find it unnecessary and/or impossible. These people usually specialize in other skills to balance their lack of abilities such as speed, strength, precision etc.
