Okay, these are the questions you should ask people when they ask for an interview. 1. On a scale of 1-10, ten being the most active, how active are you? 2. Why do you want to manage the studio? 3. What would you do to help Dream Vacations become a better place? 4. How would you help people interact in the studio? 5. And lastly, what would you say is the best thing about Dream Vacations?
Now here are the answers that you would most likely want to get in return: 1. 6 or above. 2. I want to manage because I think I can help this studio grow, I think this is a good chance to interact with others, I want to help people make vay-cay themed projects, ect. 3. I would check the studio daily to make sure everyone gets in a group 4. I would make more events and fun things, with permission. 5. The nice people, the fun activities, the opportunities, ect.
