The City controls everything. The food you get, the school you go to, the house you live in, everything.
Except, your powers.
You control your own powers- you can use them for good, or for evil. You can use your powers against The City or to help The City.
There are different powers though. Everyone has a power, hidden deep inside them. But you do not choose your powers, they are assigned.
There are also those with no powers. They are still controlled by the city though.
Will you defend the city? Will you fight the city? Will you hide in the shadows?
