I decided to make this so that anyone can add projects about how to's, tutorials, and tips for scratch, and others can view them, and I understand being new at something and wanting to know how do something.
If you add something, it has be your. Created by you. Only you, or your test account or alt. If you want to be curator, ask and you'll be able to add projects that anyone requests to add. When I think you can be a manager, I will promote you.
