“And now I don’t think I have any options, unless you want to move to London!” My father continued.
“You are NOT going to work for a fast food restaurant!” My mother screeched.
Their voices got softer, and I couldn’t listen to them anymore. I tiptoed back to the entrance to the kitchen, and hid behind the wall. I put my ear to the wall. Then I heard the largest screech of my life.
“WHAT-ARE-WE-GOING-TO-DO WILL?!?” My mother shouted.
I slided down the wall. I better get out of here.
I sprinted down the hallway, and leaped back onto my bed. I know I shouldn’t get my nose into this, but I’m going to help Father. He deserves a job, not just flipping burgers at a fast food restaurant. I dropped down from my bed and jump onto my chair, spinning once around. I stop, and unplug my laptop from the charger.
I flip open my laptop, and get to work. I looked for places nearby. I eliminated places like fast food restaurants. My dad deserves better. After an hour or two of researching, I thought I found the perfect place. It was going to take a lot of work, but it's what my dad needs. Somewhere close to home, somewhere high paying, somewhere he will be known.
The Last Circus.
