Moveset:

Waluigi can crawl and wall jump.

Neutral-B: Tennis Serve (Press B again to hit the ball)
Side-B: Moonwalk
Up-B: Purple Cyclone (Similar to Luigi's Cyclone, but it's a vertical recovery and not a horizontal one)
Down-B: Bob-Omb Toss (Similar to Peach's Down-B, but it always spawns Bob-Ombs)

Neutral Attack: Poke
Dash Attack: Trip
F-Tilt: Slap
U-Tilt: Uppercut (Same as Mario's)
D-Tilt: 360 Spinning Kick

N-Air: Jazz Hands
B-Air: Kangaroo Kick
F-Air: Hook Punch
U-Air: Hat Wave (Waluigi takes his hat off and swings it counter-clockwise)
D-Air: Finger Snap (This is a joke move in which he snaps his finger. It does spike)

F-Smash: Baseball Bat Swing
U-Smash: Upwards Bat Swing
D-Smash: Golf Club Swing

Pummel: Headbutt
F-Throw: Tennis Racket
B-Throw: Golf Club Swing
U-Throw: Sky Kick (Waluigi Throws you upwards and then kicks you upwards)
D-Throw: Stomp Kick (His signature move as an Assist Trophy, buries the opponent)

Final Smash: Purple Fiasco
(Waluigi spawns a bunch of other Waluigis that gang up on you and form a fight cloud. The real Waluigi runs away in the distance, hits a giant bob-omb with his racket into the fight cloud, and a giant explosion occurs, sending fighters and other Waluigis flying.)

S-Taunt: Waluigi lowers his hat and points. A Bass Kick plays.
U-Taunt: Waluigi pulls out his tennis racket, slings it back, and laughs.
D-Taunt: Waluigi pulls out his pinball machine. The machine can be kicked, and it deals damage.

Victory theme: Waluigi Pinball
Victory 1: Waluigi's Hole-in-One animation from Mario Golf: World Tour
Victory 2: Waluigi takes out a trophy and hops around with it.
Victory 3: Waluigi takes out his Pipe Frame kart and drives away.
