MANAGER OF THE MONTH:
This one was hard! I was deciding between two very active managers, but in the end, I choose @AwesomeFoxam because I could tell how much effort she put into this studio through the month!
CURATOR OF THE MONTH:
This one wasn't hard! Many of the curators aren't as active as they should be, but Sparkleaf is always on it! She is always trying hard to be helpful and active.
To Be A Manager:
You must have made at least 5 projects about pets and pets only! I and another manager must approve that those 5 projects have been made with effort and reliability! I must see your comments constantly down below helping other people or just being friendly. You need to be on at least once a day. You must at least have a pet and be a good pet owner. It also helps if you've been curator of the month at least twice. Finally, all 8 of us current managers must agree on your promotion. Otherwise, we will do the normal voting process.

1) Do not post projects without asking a manager first.
2) Please do not ask to be a manager. I have some very active managers already and I don't need more. If I see anyone being exceptional, though, I will ask them personally if they would like to be manager.
3) I would like everyone in this studio to be active and helpful. If not, then further action will be done.
