5.) If You're Inactive For 10 Days You'll Be Part Of The Inactive List

8.) Up to 4 People In a Dorm

9.) Limit On Girl Characters If Gets To Much

10.) characters ages 13-18,
unless permission to have
younger or older characters

11.) 2 character limit, managers may have 1-4

12.) Only 2 people per power please

13.) Powers come with a downside, look in the "detailed power variations"

14.) Powers are rated in Numerals (I, II, III, IX, X). You may not have two powers above the III level. Only managers can have characters with a power of X.
