"You can't enter without consent of the king and queen." A guard stood at the entrance to the castle, staring down at red wingless dragon. "And why do I need permission?" The dragon asked, amber eyes narrowing in question. "By their orders, visitors are not allowed." The guard responded, his voice low and annoyed. "I only want to-" "I said, no visitors." The guards voice raised, taking a step forward. "Hmph. Very well. I wanted to spare you but you leave no choice." "Wh-" The guard couldn't finish. With a flick of her tail, sharp spines shot at him. He snarled in pain as it hit his back leg and he staggered, looking up to attack with his claws. The dragon chirped, taunting him as she dodged the attack. "You'll be the first of many to go." She growled, eyes glowing amber as she leaned closer. The guard wanted to attack, but something stopped him. The spine. It had some sort of venom in it that allowed her to control him, and his eyes glowed in response to hers. "Now stay still." He stared helplessly up at her as she reared up.
His body was found not long after, after the royal family had been driven out/killed.
Yuna is the queen now, and if you want to survive, you'd better do as your told.

Name | Gender | Age | Species | Rank | Looks | Personality | Crush (if any) | Family (includes mate and children) | Backstory (opt) | Other (opt)
1) PLEASE don't complain about ranking requirements, I know we all want to be important roles but I'm not gonna hand out those roles to people I barely know
2) If your character is battling another actually get hurt, don't dodge ever single attack that’s.. That’s not fair???
3) Another person can't kill yours unless given permission
4) Be realistic when it comes to looks- of course this doesn't apply to brightly colored species of animals
5) You can use your own original species in this rp just make them fit into the plot
6) No, you can't kill Yuna. There's a story to this, not to mention she has an entire army under her control- literally. Soldier training ends with her shooting her tail spines at the graduating creature so that they don't rebel against her.
She's also not an idiot.
7) LGBTQ+ characters allowed!!!! mentioned below too
8) trusting you guys to read this lol
9) managers,, please invite people-
There are stories similar to the first story mentioned of Yuna's rise to power that are often told to younger creatures, adults telling them to behave or else Yuna will appear and steal them. Creepy.
The Kingdom has no real name but is referred to as Ulria.
The forests around are crawling with 'less evolved species' who cannot talk. They are feral and often times neutral.
LBGTQ+ characters are widely accepted. Even Yuna allows this and respects these creatures.
Blue roses are a symbol of love and are often found on the outskirts of Troile, though they are uncommon.
There are many types of Mini Griffins and 99% of the time these lil guys are used for messaging.
Speaking of Mini Griffins, they act a lot like regular domestic birds. They /love/ sound and often peck or tap objects to hear the sounds they make. They also mimic speech, so technically they can speak- just not as well as most creatures.
