1.) An unfair and untrue belief about a person, place, or thing.
An example of a stereotype is: Girls can only like pink.
My point is that stereotypes limit people. When they hear that stereotype over and over they feel like its the way it has to be and whatever they're doing is wrong.
Other stereotypes can be about what other people or you look like.
An example of a stereotype like that is : all blondies are dumb.
All stereotypes aren't true. The world would be a slightly better place if we didn't stereotype others.
WE ARE ALL HUMANS!
Men are strong and do all the work.
Men are the "backbone."
Women aren't as smart as men.
Women can’t do as good of a job as men.
Girls can't do sports.
Guys are messy and unclean.
Men who spend too much time on the computer or read are geeks.
-And How We can Change those Stereotypes into reality:-
-Both men and women are strong
-Both women and men are very helpful
- Different people have different IQ, which your gender can't change.
-Men can be super neat, too.
- Women are super at sports.
