A pretty girl who looks six-seven ran through fields of green, a bright blue sky hung above her. A beautiful woman was sitting under a tree, watching her. The woman had short ruby hair, and light red eyes. “Aura sweetheart be careful.” The lady calls. Aura turns, a smile on her face, her cheeks rosy. “Okay mother!” The woman smiles. Her name was Abigail. Aura twirls, the sun warming her pretty face. Abigail smiles, her daughter was growing up. Aura’s ruby hair sparkles in the light. She had darker red eyes that changed shades on her moods. “At least she looks like me...not her father.” Abigail sighs. “If Bates finds her i’ll never forgive myself..” Aura stops and runs over to her mother. She giggles. Abigail smiles. “Come on darling.”
TWO WEEKS LATER
Aura screams. A dark shadow fills the field, once filled with light, now with darkness. Another shadow appeared over Abigail. “AURA RUN-!” Her mother gets out before a demon blade pierces her body. Aura screams. Abigail starts fading, the shadow turning to Aura. The shadow shoots to her. Aura screams again and the shadow explodes into light and shadow. Aura sinks to the ground, crying. The other shadow, filled with power wraps around her. “Hello my dear Aura.” He grins. Bates...one of the demon lords. Aura’s tears fall, causing Bates to slowly fade. He grits his teeth and they both disappear. Everyday after that, when she didn’t something wrong, a whip or a slap or even piercing words. Everyday Aura felt herself fade to almost nothing. Eyes cold and dark, pretends to be what she’s not. Years go by like this.
EIGHT YEARS AFTER
“My mortal body is fifteen..” The young lady mutters, staring out the window of her father’s dark manor. Her hair is grown down her back. Her eyes glitter. “Nothing changes.” She says pushing herself away from the window. A door opens and slams. A ghost of a smile appears on her lips. “Fathers gone!” She runs down the stairs and throws the door open. She dashes out, after closing it and runs to the fields. A heavy dark sky lay above her, black grass below, but she was free...for now. The cold breeze ruffles her ruby hair. She twirls before sitting, her plain white dress, covered in stains, spread around her. Farther away she sees a powerful force. “The demon king..” She murmurs. Her eyes dance as she watched the force move from place to place, never staying in one place. The breeze grows stronger, her eyes glitter. “I’ll be free like that. You’ll see.” she stands before the breeze grows to strong. Her feet leave the ground and she blacks out. Hours upon hours later, she wakes in a meadow of filled with flowers. “The mortal realm..” She mutters standing. Her clothes have changed. Instead of a tattered dress, she was wearing torn jeans, flats, and a pure white tank top. “I guess this is free….” She says.
TWO YEARS AFTER
She licks the remains of the horrid master’s soul off of her lips. She wanders back to the mortal realm, and out of the demons sacred island. She wanders...like a soul without a purpose. Only her purpose is to stay away from there...stay away from him….and stay alive.
END ((for now >:3))
((Since I am bored, I'm gonna write a tiny bit more, a poem describing her I guess :L))
I hear nothing
I see nothing
I feel nothing
Is this what it's like to be dead?
A broken husk of a girl?
A heart so precious, but broken so much
Is this what it's like to love?
Or is this what it's like to hate?
I want to feel, want to be happy
But that's out of my reach
That is in the hands of another
I will never be like them
I am broken
((There you go, a depressing poem that helps you see Aura's situation better :`3))
