Prolouge:
Once upon time in a Valley surrounded by large mountains, two kinds of creatures dwelled known as Humans and Monsters. The human king who ruled over the land was kind hearted and fair to both monsters and humans alike. This king had two children, the eldest child was a princess who was short, but was a spunky and caring person who loved both humans and monsters, while the king's youngest child was a young prince who had a heart of stone, who had a deep raging anger toward monsters, but the prince kept it quiet. Over time, the princess had met many gentlemen who wished to be with her, but she knew their hearts were full of greed because she was royalty. Her best friend was monster who cared for the princess with all his heart, but was too shy to admit that he liked her. The princess made a difficult puzzle that was impossible to solve, many have failed, but her best friend watched as the others give up, but he was determined to solve the puzzle to be with the princess, the one he cared about. One day, the princess's best friend asked her if he could do the puzzle. The princess was unsure if she should let her dear friend do the dangerous puzzle, but she saw the determination in his eyes and agreed to let him try, with success the princess's best friend won, and he confessed his feelings to her which she happily accepted, a few years later on a cool day before the wedding. The princess was busy day dreaming about her special day while brushing her long flowing hair, a servant bursted into the door panting. "Princess, princess the palace is under siege" The princess dropped her hairbrush and looked at the servant. "Go and gather your fellow friends and hurry out, I must find my family before anything happens to them." The servant nods as they rushed out of the room doing as the princess had told. The princess hurried through the palace, her lungs crying for air as her hair flowed in the wind as her long legs ran as fast as a thoroughbred running in a race. She called out for her father and brother, but there was no reply. The princess hurried over to a monster child and scooped them up, she summoned a battle ax and her eyes flared yellow. She defended herself against her foe who scurried into the darkness. The princess set the child down and hurried with them to the safety of the garden. She watched as her home was ablaze as bright as the sun during the day. The young monster child held her hand and she let a few salty tears slipped down her rosy cheeks onto the soil. In the morning, the dew glittered on the grass like precious jewels. The princess found her true love among the crowd as they returned to the toasted palace to look for anything that could be saved from the fire. The prince walks behind them looking around, his brown eyes seemed to slightly glowing crimson. He walked up to his sister and asked quietly. "My dear sister can I talk to you for a second?" The princess agreed as she waves a little goodbye to her true love and walked with her brother. The prince turned to his sister as he narrowed his eyes. "I know who caused all of this!" The princess's eyes widen in surprise. "Who was it brother, they must be brought to justice." the princess replied in a stern voice.
"It was monsters!" The prince's eyes shimmered slightly red. His sister looked confused.
"Pardon me brother, but did you say monsters..?" She replied. The prince seemed to get slightly angry. "Yes, it was the monsters, they always been bad news dear sister, monsters are creatures of evil and they do nothing but bad to the kingdom, they wanted the throne, so they planned all this and looked what the result is, the monsters my dear sister I knew the monsters were villainous foes who wanted to ruin this perfect kingdom, they should be sent away!" The princess's eyes widen as she shakes her head. "Brother, are you alright you speak of craziness, the monsters are peaceful citizens and wouldn't do such a thing, they are loyal and wonderful people, it has to be someone else." She said sweetly. The prince growls and snaps. "Sister, I speak no lies, for I'm a honest prince and did you forget our father is gone, all because of those rotten monsters have whisked him away, a kind soul, such cruel beings, that's why we must send them far away from the kingdom!" The princess shook her head and she remained calm, She knew her brother had a temper. Though, the prince declared war against his sister and they fought for many moons. But, the sister had lost and the prince banished the monsters, his sister and all who were on the monsters side to Mt. Ebbot. A magical barrier was put up trapped them underground, only an angel of gentlenessl can break the barrier.
