Everyone has a sin. Whether it be something as simple as nicking an extra candy bar, to breaking and entering a house, everyone has done something. You, Mynheer, are no exception. You've done a lot of things in your life that you aren't proud of, that you want no-one to know about. Sooner or later, though, *someone* needs to know, as the more sins you commit, the heavier your heart gets, until you can't stand it no more, and you simply stop... well, everything. Moving, eating, talking, *caring*. That is why we have Sin Eaters. Think of them as priests. You tell them your sins, in exchange for something else. A secret, or something. That is how our society works. They take your sins, and you are free and clear. That is, until you commit another sin...

SIN EATERS: Sin Eaters are in charge of... well, confessionals, basically. What they do with them is up to you, should you choose to be a Sin Eater. They're also shunned by the public in most cases, for they are seen as impure for taking your sins, even though they have to.
CITIZEN: Citizens are normal, everyday, mediocre people. They can be whatever you choose to be.
The ydo, however, have a strong feelig nof dislike towards Sin Eaters.
